RIP Louis

Last week I lost my kitty Louis. He was 15 and it was not unexpected - but it was still sad. I'll miss you Loodle my Lou-burger. Hope you're having a blast at the great cat-nip farm in the sky.

We lost "keystone" less than a year ago, about the same age. He was my wife's pet and preexisted me by a decade with her and it was a hard loss, especially for her. Very sorry for your loss.

Sorry for the loss of your fur-baby. Losing a member of the family is always hard, whether they walk on 2 or 4 legs.

So sorry for your loss... 15 years is a long time to have a pet. Hope you and Muffin are doing okay.

I saw the title to the post in my Reader and I thought, "Oh, crap. What did I do now?"

I am so sorry your cat died.

I am so glad, as it turns out, you're not pissed at me.

But I'm still sorry your cat died. I hope there's 72 virgins for him in cat heaven.

oh calico- I'm so sorry...
our Oscar just went off and died when he was about 8. It was awful...the kids waiting and hoping he'd come back.
Turns out two of my kids and my hubby are horribly allergic now (guess they probably were then too) so no more cats for us.
But whenever we see a black and white cat with white paws, we cal it Oscar II and we feel better.
smooches!!!

What a beautiful creature. I just know he's chasing mice and rolling fields of catnip now.
